The one "working" elevator was out of service 4 times in the 48 hours I stayed here. I was on the 4th floor and I'm handicapped. I will never stay here again. Also, no microwave is a huge miss.

DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester
Room was clean. I had a meeting that I needed to attend and it would be late getting to the hotel I called ahead and the staff allowed me to check in early. I was able to get My key and check out my room and drop off my bags. Big relief for me. Cookie was delicious too

Staff was pleasant if a bit aloof. Location is convient to shopping, dining and the highways but it is just off a VERY busy road, which is not my preference. Room condition was not great.
