They were short on food items at breakfast each morning. One of the cleaning people opened our door while we were dressing and had not yet checked out and for some reason there was a party with food happening in the workout room on Saturday night.

No enough seating for the free breakfast. Could not get to buffett due table set up, nor were there seating once we did get food. Also a guest had a dog who barked constantly. Numerous people complained, but dog kept barking (probably because it was left alone) and owner was not called. Super annoying.

Check in took longer than expected as they had to check if the room was ready. This was even though we were well past the 3 pm check in time. Once we were in the room, we found that the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were empty. We reported to the concierge, but they did not correct this until reminded the next morning. The juice dispenser also did not dispense cold juice.

Great Service. Attentative staff. To improve, empathize with EV owners if you are serious about attracting that market segnent. Im an EV owner and drove 8 hours. Its great the hotel offers EV chargers to owners, but they limit the charge to 10KWh which is 1/8 of my battery capacity. I need to fill up. I reconnected the charger and only got 2 more kWhrs (a whole 6 miles). If you are serious about addressing a unique market, you need to be more transparent and improve about what you are offering.

Pretty modern hotel with modern furniture which helps with work and free breakfast was good too. Wish there were more rooms with 2 queen beds as they fill up quickly.

Decent size pool, good breakfast, we stayed in a queen suite which was quite big enough for my three boys and a two of my friends kids who were staying in the neighboring room to run around. Several restaurants and stores where nearby. Clean facilities.

This property was bright and clean. Easy to get to from the 390 and very convenient to shopping and R.I.T. The staff was very kind and helpful. (Side bar- the staff was well dressed, neat and professional) The beds and bedding were also clean and comfortable. Our only negative, and it was important for sleeping arrangements, was the mattress on the pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable. When a 4 year old and a very slight nine year old have trouble sleeping on it, it matters. It was VERY thin.

When we arrived at check in time our room was not ready and we had to wait an additional 10 minutes while they rushed to have our room set up. Then getting into the room the TV did not work. While not really a big deal with 2 kids after a long drive we did bring it to the front desk. They attempted to fix it, but then we were moved rooms (this would lead to the biggest issue). The pool was not working and since we choose this hotel because of the pool for our kids this obviously was disappointing. The person at the front desk did not seem to know why it was closed and I do appreciate that he worked to get it up and running as soon as possible (the next evening). The biggest issue was on the second day of our stay. We got back to our room after being out of the hotel for more than 6 hours and my young daughters needed time to rest and nap. When we arrived at the hotel people were coming out of our room with our mattresses and box spring. We had to leave for a few hours to wait for mattresses to be replaced. We were not warned that this would be the case before hand and were shocked by this to say the least. When our rooms were finally ready I went to the front desk and there were other families being told that their rooms were not yet ready even though it was several hours after check in time. On a positive note the front desk staff was very friendly and did try their best to assist us, but it seemed as though they were not being properly communicated with.

Not keeping up with maintenance
The hotel lobby was clean and welcoming. The front seat staff was pleasant. When we got to our room I slid on a till the was wet. It wasn’t water but, something with very strong fragrance. The suite was over powered with the smell of the fragrance and intolerable. Above the bed, there were about 10 holes that had been patched and painted over with a different color pain. We asked for the manager to look over the room and they moved us to another floor. The second room was in poor shape. Paint scraped off the entrance door, paint pealing off of the bathroom door, multiple stains on the carpet , holes in the lampshade, and a strange smell (damp). We were only staying for the night but, if we were staying longer I would have requested another room or asked to be refunded and moved to a hotel that was worth the $200 a night

I've stayed at other Home2 before; perfect was not exactly what I was looking for. There were tiles broken from the wall. The shower floor material was lifting. The couch was old and ugly(not the one displayed on photos). The shades in the living room area and bedrooms were stained. They were unable to make accommodations due to full of capacity. The location of the room was prime, by the alternative exit. Based on what I paid, I was better off staying downtown. Definitely disappointed on the condition of the room.

Incredibly clean, spacious room (we had two double plus kitchen), great location, delicious breakfast (premade hot turkey swiss egg, sausage cheddar egg both on English muffins, cheese omlettes, waffle station, oatmeal, yougurts, cereal-raisin bran, Cheerios, cinnamon toast crunch, bagel, toast, apples, juices-orange, apple, cranberry, coffee, tea and hot cocoa). Definitely will stay here again. Friendly staff. Loved 24/7 fitness center, sadly didn't get to use pool but will remember bathing suit

Here for a hockey tournament. Floors were dirty. The king suite was a full size bed. When we asked the front desk, they said this what they consider a king. Carpets through entire hotel were stained and filthy.

Hello Jonathan, I apologize if our cleanliness is not up to your standards, As far as the bed it was definitely a king size, perhaps your accustomed to California kings? Some carpets are stained which is correct, but filthy? that's definitely incorrect! We will have them shampooed based on your recommendation.

The building seems did not install the soundproof panel, our room is located at the second floor and it was too noisy from 3rd floor and neighbours. The whole family ended up slept until 1am
