"Spectacular place with a spectacular setting. The whole vibe here just makes you feel instantly relaxed. Staff are lovely, the bedrooms are spotless and very comfortable and dining overlooking the lake is just perfect."

The house is large, spacious, very clean, neat, and well-equipped, featuring great air conditioning—everything was just as it should be, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What made our stay even better was the owner, who was exceptionally kind and very helpful. Even though there was a language barrier and we communicated via a translator (she spoke Italian and we are from Poland), we managed wonderfully and felt completely at home. The breakfast was completely sufficient, offering fresh bread, a toaster, fruit, yogurts, eggs, cold cuts, fresh coffee, and fresh milk poured for the coffee, plus you could easily make yourself a good cappuccino. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place!""

"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. Though, the schedule did not prove the most reliable. Parking worked reasonably well, the underground car park is tight for large vehicles. We always managed to park on or, near the property. Our in room safe broke, 3 days into a 7 day stay. Staff tried to help, but couldn't fix. In room fridge didn't work, which would have been helpful for cold water. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel."

"Beautiful luxury hotel feel surrounded by nature. Rooms were impeccably clean and well appointed. Lots of space. Amazing made to order breakfast with all the details. Comfy bed and AC kept room cool during heat waves. The pool area was lovely and so relaxing. The staff super friendly and kind, genuinely made us feel welcome. Cannot wait to come back. Many great restaurants nearby including the renowned hotel restaurant. The daily housekeeping was impeccable- felt like a new room every time it was serviced. These little touches make all the difference."

"Hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and advise on the local area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Very close to the lake and the bus stop was close by which made getting around very accessible if you didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay there again."

"Currently, Summer 2026, there is a little construction going on around the property. Other than that, there is at least one staff member/possible owner who can speak English. The room was nice. The shower was wonderful after a hot day. They provide a glass bottle of still water (regular) or sparkling water. There is a restaurant, but we didn't eat there due to other arrangements."
