「I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk. After eating, I have to walk back cause the HOT spots is near the hotel where I originally booked. OMG! It's really cold outside. The shower water was about 25-30 degree and the...

「The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were a little strangely configured but decent enough. Our only complaint is the shower was not clean. Mold and buildup. Neither one of us opted to use it. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient. Parking was right across the street so very convenient. 」

İkinci gün sabah saat 8 civarında matkap sesi ile uyandık, sorduğumuzda yandaki binada inşaat çalışması olduğunu ama bildirmelerine rağmen engel olamadıkları açıklandı. Erken uyandığımız için çok rahatsız olmadık. Onun dışında odamız temiz ve geniş idi. Araç otopark olarak sokağı kullanıyorsunuz, ama herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Resepsyondaki görevliler oldukça yardımsever idi. Tavsiye ederiz.」
