Amazing stay in Verucchio

We had an amazing stay in Verucchio. Hotel is very beautifully located in the hills of Romagna. The view from the terrace was incredible. The staff friendly and very helpful. We hope to come back.

The town was extremely beautiful. The property was very historic and antique. Our kids were alittle afraid with the paintings, they thought they were "creepy" lol. The breakfast and staff were great.

10/10 hotel and restaurant in a cute+pretty city!

This hotel is amazing, we are planing to come back for a longer stay next year ! The area and the view is stunning, very close to san marino, san leo, beaches, rimini and wine fields for wine tasting. Their service is great. The hotel is really pretty and quite different with small tunnels and "caves" and such, they even got a spa ! The restaurant in/under the hotel is THE best we tried in our 14 day trip driving around in italy, nothing comes close to the level of service and quality !!

Worth it

Nice hotel, very friendly,and helpful staff. Room was nice sized and we had a view from our balcony. Parking was convenient with an elevator to the hotel from the parking lot. Hotel was a little noisy until about 10 or 11 PM after which it became silent.

The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived. The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside. The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected. I would not visit this property again. I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room

esperienza non soddisfacente al 100%. Per la prima volta nella mia vita (io sono trasfertista per lavoro) ho soggiornato in una camera mansardata, con due lucernari (uno in bagno e l'altro in camera), che facevano entrare l'aria da un piccolo spiraglio. Il lucernario è dotato di una persiana per evitare che entri la luce, peccato che occorra scegliere tra far entrare la luce e mantenere questo piccolo spiraglio per l'aria. In poche parole, dato che ho dovuto disattivare l'aria condizionata (anche al minimo mi arrivava diretto sulla schiena) ho dormito molto male a causa di ciò che ho spiegato sopra. 102 euro per una notte una camera piccola, un bagno angusto, insomma non ho visto dove sono giustificate le 4 stelle. La palestra, a differenza di quanto sostiene hotels.com, non esiste, c'è una spa a pagamento.
