"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in Owen Sound! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, the beds are a tad hard but the blankets were so cozy that I honestly didn't want to get out of bed! The shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water—something I always appreciate after a long day of traveling. The on-site restaurant deserves a **10/10**. As someone with celiac disease, I was so impressed by the variety of delicious gluten-free options available. A special thank you to **Shaina, the Restaurant Manager**, who was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable about gluten-free dining, genuinely cares about her guests, and provides outstanding customer service. She made our dining experience stress-free and enjoyable. The hotel is in a beautiful location with lovely views, is easy to find, and is conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see. And finally…don't leave without trying the **homemade ice cream**! It was hands down the best ice cream I've ever had and was the perfect way to end our stay. This hotel truly goes above and beyond in every way. Between the exceptional staff, comfortable accommodations, incredible restaurant, and amazing homemade ice cream, this is a must-stay when visiting Owen Sound. We will definitely be back!"

"Sukh from the reception was friendly, professional and very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about our concerns and about his excellent job. He has patience to answer our questions and explained it very well. We enjoyed the free gondola ride from the hotel. The outdoor hot tub is so relaxing."

"We spent 6 nights at Mosaic Suites in a deluxe room. The rooms have all been recently renovated and everything is new. The kitchenette is well set up with a cooktop, microwave, fridge and has pans, dishes and silverware. Very nice if you bring breakfast or lunch foods. Everything in the village is clean and staff are very friendly. The only things I can make any comments on that I was a little disappointed in was the pool is lovely as well as the hot tub but the water was very cloudy and there were parts of pine ones floating in the hot tub. Just felt like a little bit of maintenance could be done. There were so many kids in the hot tub it was hard to relax. And my only other complaint is the shops are not very handicap friendly. I have a walker and some of the stores are too crowded to get into. Overall I highly recommend this place as we hope to come back again."

"We have stayed at the Meaford Inn every year for several years now. It's always clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the water, and to the shops and restaurants. Good A/C, lots of parking, and the manager always welcoming. Meaford is a lovely town."
