The room was a great size, lots of room. If you like a big screen TV, there was one. Loved the bathroom, shower was great. Bed was very confortable and roomy. Overall great place to stay as well as having a bistro.

Really lovely big rooms very clean - almost brand new. Very quiet. The rooms had good facilities ( microwave, coffee machine, fridge) However the bistro was closed the night we stayed but would highly recommend the golf club to stay - great value for money.

Large room, well lit, close parking, good bed. Staff could not find my booking at first. On Sunday and Monday the club bistro is not open but I can't find that information on the website. There was a area power problem in the morning so no water partway through a shower, no coffee etc. Not the best stay.

Subject: Complaint: Failed Accommodation Booking – Invoice No: 1366 Dear [Robinvale Golf Club or Expedia Customer Service], I am writing to formally complain about a distressing experience with my recent booking at Robinvale Golf Club (Invoice No: 1366) through Expedia. Despite booking and fully paying in advance, the staff failed to leave the key to the accommodation, leaving me and my 7-year-old son locked out. Multiple calls to the property went unanswered, forcing us to spend the entire night in our car. This was an extremely uncomfortable and distressing experience, especially with a young child. We left the following morning and returned to Melbourne, as we had no alternative. This has caused significant disruption to our plans and was entirely unacceptable. I request the following: 1. A full refund of the booking amount. 2. Compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and distress caused. 3. An explanation of why the property failed to fulfill its obligations. I trust that Expedia will address this issue promptly and ensure such failures do not happen again. I look forward to your response within 7 days. Kind regards, Hari
