"The hotel location was good and the staff was polite, but unfortunately our stay was very uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room did not work during our entire 4-night stay. We informed the staff multiple times and were told it would be repaired, but nothing was ever fixed. Because of this, we had to leave the window open every night, which made it very difficult to sleep due to the constant noise from outside. In addition, the check-in process took a long time before we were attended. Overall, the lack of air conditioning and poor sleep quality negatively affected our experience."
