"We loved our stay. The server at Firefly’s was awesome. We enjoyed listening to the piano in the lobby. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The views are amazing. The pool looked great for families but I would have loved to get a drink & relaxed in the pool or hot tub without all the kids running around. It was full up until closing time. Overall, it was a great hotel. We can’t wait to go back! "

"I am giving this a lower review for a few reasons, the mattresses were so uncomfortable and the bed frame in the main bedroom rattled like a bunch of chains every single time you would move. Living room furniture was also pretty uncomfortable. Finally the first night we were there, there were strong storm that came through in the early morning and the main bedroom has a slight hang over the base structure and it actually shook the entire room, kind of unnerving. Unit was very clean and had a nice view but wouldn’t stay again if I can’t get a good nights sleep. "

"The room was very nice, featuring a window that allowed for fresh air, which was greatly appreciated. The upscale details within the room were a pleasant touch. However, my primary concern was the casino music, which was excessively loud. I question why the music was played at such high volumes. I will be bringing headphones on my next visit."

"This hotel charges $14.95 per night for PARKING!.. This was not included in the total cost of the room when I booked. I was given a paper to sign at check in and told I owed an additional fee. Keep in mind this is per night. This can add up quickly when staying for a long weekend. Another guest told me this was new and he has been staying at this hotel for over five years and never had to pay until now. The hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast was good. I only rated this hotel a 4 stars due to the parking fee. "

"Can’t say enough good about this property. Located in a great area near a lot of attractions. Staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and social. Area felt safe. Room was immaculate. We will definitely be back!"

"Loved the vibe of the hotel and the proximity to restaurants and activities. Our 3 year old really enjoyed the indoor pool/splash pad and the complimentary breakfast was top notch! Already looking to plan a return trip."
