Camp Lodge is an amazing place to stay for anyone wanting to connect with the natural beauty of the east side of the island. The staff was very helpful, and I’ll definitely come back!

That staff was super nice and helpful. The area is very relaxing. There are not a lot of things to do other than relax. Although the swimming at the beach is accessible there is not really walk in snorkeling right at Camp Bay, so we did a day trip for snorkeling and had a great time. The food at the restaurant was some of the best food we had on the island.

This was an experience for sure. A natural Gem. We were looking for a relaxing quiet week in the sun. We were in control of our adventure. The management hooked us up with a driver to get to the lodge from the airport. We used him for an outing and the return trip to airport. He was top notch! The staff are so kind, down to earth and friendly. The food at the restaurant is great~ we tried to have everything on the menu over the week. This a great place to relax, apparently they have diving, scuba-ing?, fishing trips, kite surfing, massage etc. You really control your adventure here, if you need adventure assistance - they can help and don't "push" it on you!!

This eco lodge is completely magical! The natural and beauty here is a delight. The sunrises, sunsets, paddle boards, delicious food, kind staff were all a highlight for me. I will surely return.

Keep Blacky at Camp Bay Lodge!

Nice and quiet area of Roatan. Clean room with friendly staff. Good food. Met a wonderful black dog that followed us around and guarded our door at night. Hopefully she stays there as recent guest brought unfriendly dogs that caused issues.

Its a very queit and relaxing place right on the beach. There were so many activities right at the Lodge. The scenery around the property was absolutly beautiful and the staff were all so friendly. I loved that the place also offered vegan options. You did not need to travel far for anything. They had kitesurfing, yoga, paddleboards, massages, boat tours right at the property and a ATV place right up the street! I would most likely go back to Camp Bay Lodge again!

We had a really great stay with camp bay lodge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One thing that might be helpful for future guests that are not familiar with the area is the access to camp bay lodge. We initially rented a compact car to get out there. We enchanged it for a truck the following day. Overall we had such a great stay. It was so nice to to out of the regular tourist area.

Very disappointing. Our room met our expectations which we did really like, however we had one big problem - a cat. The cat was nice and very friendly, which was the problem. I am highly allergic to cats and this cat was allowed free reign of the property, including the bar and eating areas. Even at night the cat came outside of our screen door meowing and waking us up all evening long. This defeated the purpose of getting the beachfront room with double doors to relax as I was terrified for most of the stay. We left the next morning as I was scared of having an allergic reaction out in the middle of nowhere. We asked for a refund for our second night but we were. not given it. The property itself is very nice and the food is great. We were very disappointed to find the beach completely littered with garbage and seaweed. The beach and water are the only things to enjoy in that area so between that and the cat it was a day and evening lost out of our vacation. The front desk manager Jill is very helpful and very nice along with the rest of the staff. With some beach cleaning and animal control, this could be an amazing retreat to relax. For now, don't plan on snorkeling or enjoying the beach as it is the windy party of the island so not much to do but read a book in your room.
