「Staff were great and friendly. Room was definitely dated, but clean. Main issue was no fridge in room and no ice in complex. Had to walk 200 yds for one bucket of ice. Only ice machine was in reception. You’re in Roatan!! A mini fridge or ice machine per complex isn’t asking for much. Elevator was also out of order. Not the end of the world but running up and down three flights and a few football fields to keep drinks cool…..no bueno!!!」

「Overall, we had a fantastic stay. They do need to work on some of the small details. Had to often call housekeeping to bring washcloths and sugar at the coffee station little things like that we stayed in a bungalow and did have to have them come clear out the outdoor shower of branches that have fallen in and after two days were not picked up by housekeeping other things were spot on. I love the attention you get out the pool from the staff the restaurant had nice staff and good food…. I will...
