Everything for our stay was wonderful but the “queen” beds in our room were more like double beds, or the smallest queen beds I’ve ever slept in. But that is really my only “complaint”. The Liberty Trust
The HVAC was loud in the room and blew either super cold or hot. It's a neat hotel, that has charm, but not really worth the hype. The restaurant for dinner is super limited menu, nothing great on it either.

Hyatt Place Roanoke Airport/Valley View Mall
The room was ok but don’t stay in one right outside the elevators, was noisy all night. Staff didn’t remember to schedule my shuttle ride to the airport.
