"We stopped off at Amiens on the way back from Paris to Calais. This hotel looked convenient and had rooms that could accommodate myself and my husband and our 5 year old. I knew my child would love the swinging chair in the room (that was probably the highlight of his holiday!), and the foosball table downstairs in the common room (we had several games!). "Very comfy bed, and spotless linen; very friendly hotel manager and simple but delicious breakfast. Extremely convenient location. My lock was very stiff, and I had some pretty noisy neighbours (the walls are thin), including some who seem to have (judging by the smell) defied the rules (there was a 100 euro fine for smoking) and smoked all night.
