「I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price...

「We do enjoy staying here and plan to continue doing so. We are only sharing this feedback to highlight a few areas that could be easily improved.
When we arrived, there was a noticeable amount of dog food spilled in the upstairs hallway, as well as a significant amount of dog hair on the stair landing near the kids’ floor. Additionally, the exterior door at the bottom is consistently propped open with a rock, which raises security concerns.

「I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment.
