"The original hotel.desk person was not friendly at all! Never smiled, never really looled at me! Horrible customer service...I booked 2 rooms with 4 people in each and we didn't have enough towels and had only 1 tiny bottle of a shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! 1 tiny for 4 people? That's crazy! I went down to ask for more, and he made me feel bad for asking!!! He was absolutely terrible at his job!"
