「The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.」

「Fantastic stay in a beautiful village right on the edge of the Cotswold. The entire place was really lovely, including the staff - I actually booked for the wrong date but they quickly fixed everything and was able to adjust. Rooms was excellent, very comfortable and beautifully decorated, I also had dinner in the garden and the food was delicious. Added bonus that the village is where some of Downton Abbey scenes were filmed so that was fun!」

「We had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. 」

「Sauberes großes Zimmer im kleinen Häuschen Visavis dem Gasthof. Schönes Badezimmer. Abendessen sehr gut. Fangfrische Forelle aus dem Dorf! Frühstück englisch, Kaffee unbrauchbar. Aber Nespresso Kapselmaschine im Zimmer. Die Lage! Sind in der Früh um 8 zur Arlington zum Fotografieren (nicht mal 5 Mi uten zu Fuß) und hatten die für uns alleine!」

「飯店的照片與實際的有很大出入，房間相對殘舊。飯店沒有提供牙刷及剃鬚用品。因為位處郊區，房間內蜘蛛的數量，多得恐怖。」

「We always love staying at Chiseldon House. The rooms are well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Even though a little expensive, the food is also very good. We stay there often and look forward to our next visit.」

「Staff were fine leak in the door way on the way up to the room paid £110 pounds for a room with a sofa bed that accommodated 4 people no sofa bed mate had to sleep on a small sofa no way room could have accomadated 4 people bathroom good but every time you ran water loud irritating noise obviously some kind of plumbing issue we had to leave at 7 15 next morning informed that due to weekend breakfast not served till 8 30 no mention of this when booking so no breakfast all in all feel a bit conned...
