「Sherry the keeper of the house was amazing. Super friendly and outstanding chef! Will stay here again! Perfect location. Easy parking and walkable to all of the historic district. 」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「Best Western Plus Westgate Inn & Suites deserves real credit. The staff here is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—one of the reasons I keep coming back. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the whole place felt safe and well taken care of. I’ve stayed at Best Western properties six times this year, including the one in Troy, NY, and they’ve never let me down. This location continues that streak. Reliable, comfortable, and consistently well-run. Highly recommend.」
