"Everything was great except for the parking! We couldn’t get parking next to the Kasa for any of the days of our stay, so we had to park a 10-15 minute walk away and pay for expensive parking. "

Technology is wonderful. Unfortunately, with the hospital near by, the ambulance will annoy a light sleeper. Dispite that downfall, I'd still stay again. "Lady at checking was very rude. Not just to me but others while I waited to check in and when we went in to ask questions. They shorted us one day. Made reservations but they were closed on day of check in so we came in next day. But they had us checkout the original reservation checkout even though I had to pay for a week. Also shower was dripping at checkin and I told them but was never fixed. Bathroom was like a sauna due to hot water dripping for 6 days straight. Started having...

There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this...
