「Check in was a nightmare, the guy who helped me looked like he was un educated. I gave him my passport and he found my name on the tablet. Then when he had to make my room card he couldn't find my assigned room. Then he kept asking is your name John, is your name Suzan ets. I mean we just confirmed my name, and he has my passport open in front of him. Check in was a painful 25 minute process. Then my room looked like someone just took a shower as the bathroom floor was wet, the bed sheets were...

「It was the smallest King bedroom we ever stayed in, so the space felt tight to move around in.The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was the best ever! However, the floor tile was very old and dark and needs to be replaced. The parking was tricky as the hotel was quite full. The staff couldn't have been nicer 'tho not all were fluent in English. We found them to be very kind and friendly with every encounter. The breakfast room was cold but the eggs and sausage were delicious. ☺️」

「Extremely dirty. Front desk staff with bad attitude. Sheets burnt with cigarettes. Horrendous odor of smoke and other substances in the room. Couldn't stay and asked for a refund.」

「Checked in, then started noticing some shady characters loitering in the parking lots. 2 seperate incidents involving police, all before dark! Bed sheets had stains, shower was dirty! I'll never be back」

「Room was clean and pleasant. Desk clerk (Don) exceptionally courteous and helpful. He did explain renovations were going on. No hand railing on outdoor stairs to get into the building. Sidewalk so uneven, I actually tripped and fell to the ground. I went to the desk clerk and asked for rest room to change in as I had already checked out (I had huge grass stains on my knees). He immediately got out a first aid kit so I could clean scrapes and cuts on my arm. Offered to let me back in my...
