「Outstanding service by the staff who was courteous, professional and helpful. The place is clean and located close to the Tournament Sportsplex arena. Strongly recommend as this place is reasonably priced and of utmost value.」

「I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. They did seem understaffed the day that I was there and it took up while to get checked in. They seem to have a nightclub or bar entrance in the front area which did make it feel a little shady. But once I got back to the room and was able to see the view from the inside balcony over the pool I was put at ease. I think my experience may have been a bit worse if I had been put on the outside room though because of all the people running around at night...

「I was so pleased with my experience at the Hyatt Place Busch Gardens. Sam was so friendly during my late night check in and really set the tone for the entire stay. The room was spotless and I was delighted that housekeeping came in each day to make the bed and restock any items I had used. The breakfast bar was full of delicious options and all the staff I encountered where accommodating and kind. I will definitely stay again on my next visit.」

「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「Expedia ruined our booking from another hotel so we had to transfer to Best Western Tampa at 1 am in the morning. Sheila from the front desk was absolutely phenomenal, she did everything to accommodate us, went out of her way to gave us food coz she learned that we haven’t had our supper yet and we travelled all the way from Canada and was tired already. She was compassionate, very helpful and kind! Thank you so much Sheila for all the help!!!! 」
