「櫃檯服務人員很熱心，有一日tour可以參加，櫃檯皆有資料，一樓Lobby也有24小時的小點心跟咖啡果汁（免費），除了冰箱裡面的酒水要收費。 」

「good service and hotel. Breakfast is very good.」

「Great central location. Walking distance to the market and the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. We had no problem checking in at 1 in the morning. Breakfast was good and served until 10:30. The rooms are great for couples, but probably not for families as the bathroom has no privacy. But it was a great deal, great price and great experience. 「Nice view, close to the beach and Jaffa Port. Concierge staffs are nice and polite, give good advices for day tours.」

「Breakfast is good, room is nice.」

「Very good environment.」

「Please stay away from this hotel, trash on top of elevator, Rude manager in the restaurant. Cold showers in the morning, sirens accidentally went off in the middle of the night. Way too expensive to try justify the high price we paid to stay there. We around 470 u.s. dollars. Good luck」

The breakfast is fresh and tasty - though with a relatively small number of rooms, not the overly large quantities at larger hotels. The hotel was recently redone within the last five years I think and is being extremely well maintained. It is my to spot in Tel Aviv for the last three years and highly reccomend it.」

「Friendly staff. Small boutique hotel in a centre closed to Jafo old port . Got room upgraded. 」

「房間連個牙刷都沒有 服務很慢，態度普通 告訴我有早餐，但其實我的訂房沒有含早餐，還被餐廳趕了出來」
