It was my first experience with this hotel and it was good!
I was definitely helped very very well by some staff.
The hotel is offering breakfast which is nice.
The room although some maintenance and renewal would be making it nicer, is very correct !
A really nice and modern hotel in the great location!
Walking distance to many great restaurants and cafes, flea market with fun shops, and a light rail train that takes you to the major tourist places in TLV. About 15 min walk to the beach.
Staff is friendly and helpful, great breakfast with lots of salads, eggs, veggies, and freshly baked breads and pastries. Comfortable mattress and spacious rooms.
It’s my 3rd time staying and it never disappoints!
Exceptionally well located modern clean friendly and well priced hotel, elegant design, quiet, and generous and delicious breakfast. On Shabbat coffee choices are limited as is true for all hotels in Israel which is regrettable but not the fault of the Hotel but reflects local customs and regulations which need to be amended since they make no sense and create unnecessary frustrations for visitors to Israel, as does the fact that public transportation ends in the entire country on Shabbat which is a religious holiday and should not impact the larger population and tourists alike.
Plenty of shops near by. Have had the privilege of staying during the Iran bombings the staff were so great and created atmosphere of relaxation. Showed where the safe room was. Rooftop patio was super chill. When each day dragged past my original check out day expanding another day was Zero problems
We have received a room with a very noisy door - it was really hard to open it since the wood in the door was too swelled.
The real issue began when we have asked to change the room, The staff wasn’t really helpful, it took them 3 days to be able to offer us a room of the same standard.
This used to be another owner and name to the hotel - Numa - and unfortunately since the owners changed there is a bit of decline in the service offered. No soaps for handwashing, no complementary water (instead you can use a water machine located in the lobby)
I really wish this hotel will ramp up the service level - otherwise it is still a very good value for money with decent location.
There was an incident in my room and the staff really helped me with the change of the room and so forth.
The breakfast quality could be better but it's honestly fine if you are not too picky.
Great central location. Walking distance to the market and the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. We had no problem checking in at 1 in the morning. Breakfast was good and served until 10:30. The rooms are great for couples, but probably not for families as the bathroom has no privacy. But it was a great deal, great price and great experience. The reasons for 4 stars is because there wasn’t a lot of amenities like a hot tub, gym, etc. but other than that it was perfect for what we needed. We spent a lot of time sight seeing so we spent very little time in the hotel, so it served it’s purpose. Would stay again!
