「Nice hotel near city center. You can walk through city center and find many restaurants. Cardiff castle is nearby.」

「The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival. They helped with check in and were knowledgeable! They had also gone the extra mile for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday; adding a not, balloons, and gift. Honestly it was such a lovely surprise! 」

「Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again 」

「Really good hotel with an excellent room just on the 1st floor. The night manager was particularly helpful to us providing us with room service as the bar was closed before 11pm. Disappointing for us was that there was no shuttle bus available up to the main hotel where we were dining. Staff were very friendly」

「The hotel was excellent, the room was big with a very comfortable bed, very clean and bright with a lovely sea view. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we had a meal in the restaurant which was outstanding. Very happy to recommend and would use again.」
