"As always, we had a wonderful stay at the Gatlinburg Inn. They have a great full breakfast. Located centrally on the parkway, making it easy to get wherever you want to go. Swimming pool is a nice size, and you can watch people go up and down the chair lift."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a good location . We rented a suite and the room was amazing. The only reason I have it a four and not a five is because the bed was not very comfortable and there was not a door to separate the living room from the bedroom , which is normally not a big deal but the shades in the living room did not block out any light so the bedroom was never dark and I like it dark when I sleep ."

"The room was clean and pretty good breakfast but the front desk staff didn't seem to want to work there. Got 3 towels for 4 people the day before we checked out and used a couple at the pool because there were no towels available at the pool. I went to the front desk to request a couple extra towels before we checked out the next morning (housekeeping had not come by yet) and the person at the front desk called housekeeping and they told them they had come by our room that morning, which was impossible considering we had been in the room the whole morning. Seemed like they didn't want to just provide the towels as requested and acted like I was lying about housekeeping coming by with towels. I would rather stay at a hotel where I don't need to argue about towels. Otherwise the stay was good. Saw a couple bears near the laundry area late one night."
