I was told that the information was not passed on from Expedia to their system. So I had to wait in parking lot and had to chat with Expedia customer service. - Facility is a bit old, though the reception room and the breakfast area is properly maintained, the individual rooms require a bit more make over. we could see visible wear/tear in the rooms. Few lights were not working. Lift was not working for a day but later fixed, common area and vending machines in the 1st floor is not properly maintained. - It could have been better if the Breakfast menu was slightly changed every day."
