「Property is conveniently located near restaurants and a downhill walk to the shoreline. We had a suite and the shower water pressure was really light - hard to get a good rinse but probably good for the environment. The curved sofa looked cute but the bottom cushion didn’t stay in place and wasn’t comfortable. The bottom sheet kept coming off the corners of the bed when we were sleeping. 「Upon arriving I was told my reservation was not found and booking through a 3rd party (Expedia) it sometimes cancels on its own. After some “searching” they found it and said I got the last room. When I finally got into my room the lock would not work and this was a problem since I’m a single mom with young kids. I was told it’s fine you need a key to unlock the door and only the staff have access to this. I was very unsettled and not heard. I had to prop a chair under the handle for safety.」

Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there. 「This is a cozy old-school Adirondack motel at a good price for the high season. The interior has a log cabin feel and all of the normal amenities of a motel. It was nice to park right in front of my room, and the room was quiet, despite a full parking lot (I think the rooms are spaced apart enough to allow this).
