「The hotel was amazing from the moment of arrival, with friendly and very welcoming staff. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a few days' stay. The food and bar staff were helpful, and the food was good with plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The outside area was great, clean, and inviting. I recommend it and will definitely go back.」

「The hotel and amenities were amazing, but the staff made this stay INCREDIBLE. SO friendly and accommodating. My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal.
