From the moment you walk in, everything was well arranged. Staff is friendly, hotel has gorgeous art and has a sense of serenity in a bustling city like Rio. It’s worth its 5 stars and awards! The buildings in Santa Teresa are lovely and there are quite a few restaurants in walking distance also close to the Steps. Overall I felt safe in this neighbourhood and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Our stay at Santa Teresa Hotel Rio was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and impeccable service. The hotel perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and the unique charm of Rio's Santa Teresa neighbourhood. The rooms were elegant, the facilities outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. A special mention must go to the breakfast team. Aroldo, Tomas, and Tony were truly fantastic every morning. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care made each breakfast a highlight of our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel incredibly welcome. The quality of the food, the stunning setting, and the exceptional service created an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend Santa Teresa Hotel Rio to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Rio de Janeiro. We can't wait to return!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Teresa MGallery in Rio. This boutique hotel in the artsy Santa Teresa neighborhood, a mix of historic charm with modern luxury. The location offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. My room was stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive, the pool area is stunning, and the food (especially breakfast) was excellent. An oasis in Rio — highly recommended for a memorable, upscale experience!
