I’m giving my rating based on price. The hotel could be amazing if they would just figure out a way to vent the bathrooms out. The rooms get so humid bc there are no fans in the bathroom that anything wet will never dry. It is a shame, bc the hotel seems to be renovated. Also the hotel has no contacts in the tourism business so if you want to do anything touristy, they have no clue.

Tudo bem até que o sistema de estacionamento pago, é confuso, tem que esperar manobrista com carro parado em avenida ultra movimentada, com sensação de insegurança. Cabeceira da cama nao tem lugar nem pra deixae um par de oculis e um celular. Muito pequeno, totalmente insatisfatório. Pia do banheiro entupida, so de lavar o rosto, tudo boiando. Péssimo! Escolhi o Novotel Parque Olímpico (02 a 04/10) por confiar na reputação da rede Accor, mas vivi um verdadeiro pesadelo. Paguei R$80,00 pelo estacionamento com manobrista e entreguei as chaves conforme instruído. O carro, alugado e vistoriado pela locadora, estava em perfeito estado. No check-out, percebi que o assoalho do porta-malas havia sido manipulado — o estepe foi furtado. O furto ocorreu enquanto o carro estava sob responsabilidade do Novotel. As câmeras nada mostraram, pois não há monitoramento no trajeto entre a recepção e o estacionamento, justamente onde os manobristas circulam. Esse ponto cego é uma falha grave de segurança. A investigação se limitou à checagem das câmeras, ignorando o fato de haver discrepâncias enormes entre o tempo que cada manobrista leva até o estacionamento (de 2 a 9 minutos). A justificativa dada (“pode ser o semáforo”) é inaceitável. Registrei boletim de ocorrência e tive de pagar R$1.166,67 à locadora pela reposição do estepe. Minha esposa, grávida, e eu passamos enorme estresse e perdemos um momento familiar importante. Exijo o reembolso integral de R$2.200,00, incluindo prejuízo, estacionamento e estadia. O mínimo que se espera de um hotel 4 estrelas é segurança e responsabilidade — não descaso diante de um furto sob sua guarda.

Foi a pior experiência que tive na rede a qual utilizo em todo o Brasil, local extremamente sujo com roupas de camas sujas também, pedi para trocar de quarto e me informaram que não havia disponibilidade, enviaram um técnico para troca de lâmpada e do interfone e uma camareira para troca da roupa de cama, porém as demais áreas permanecem extremamente suja, em resumo foi a pior experiência que pude ter com o novotel.

Bom hotel, localizado em frente ao Shopping Metropolitano, o que facilita bastante com alimentação. É razoavelmente perto do Riocentro (5km). Tem piscina e academia, que não utilizamos. O café da manhã é bom padrão normal (frutas, pães, cereais, ovos e opções quentes).

Hotel semi novo, Looby muito cheiroso. Já os corredores não. Quarto também não ( poderiam fazer mesma limpeza do lobby) Serviço de arrumação do quarto boa, serviço de acolhimento bom, mas serviço dos atendentes levar algo que falta até o quarto muito ruim, tive que buscar na recepção tudo que precisei. Localização tranquila, mas muito longe da Zona Sul. (Leblon, copa..)

Atendeu a necessidade

Apesar de ter reservado para 3 pessoas, para levar minha filha de 14 anos, nao deixaram a cama extra pronta. Ai nao consegui ser atendido pela recepcao. Resolvi falando com as camareiras que estavam no apartamento ao lado. O acesso para quem chega de carro nao é legal, fica numa baia bem distante da recepcao. Poderia ter uma entrada para o estacionamento e acessarmos por la. No RJ nao é bon ficar com carro na beira da rua pegando malas.

Corredores de acesso aos quartos sujos, instalações com marcas de ferramentas, chuveiro péssimo. Estacionei meu carro no serviço de vallet do hotel e no dia seguinte não mais havia no carro pequena quantia que sempre deixo no console. Equipe do hotel não sabe resolver, nem mesmo pedir desculpas pelo ocorrido.
