O quarto é bem amplo, vista bonita, porém a luz do banheiro piscava o tempo inteiro e o chuveiro estava todo desregulado, o que para uma mulher tomar banho é horrível, caso não queira lavar o cabelo, pois ia água pra todos os lugares. Não ia água na mesma direção. E tinha teia de aranha no banheiro.

O atendimento é bom. O endereço do hotel te joga para a garagem. Você tem que ligar para recepção para abrir. O quarto em si é bom e confortável, porém quando abri o mesmo, estava com um cheio de ambiente fechado a muito tempo e o chão estava meio úmido. Os acessos da garagem bem estreitos, escuros e íngrime.

A TV não acessava os canais básicos, como a Rede Globo. Reclamei e não me atenderam. Café da manhã fraco . Alguns móveis em péssimo estado de conservação. Piscina estava em manutenção em pleno fim de semana. Portaria muito feia. Precisam dar um upgrad nesse hotel.

Um bom hotel, mas precisa de manutenção.

O apart hotel é razoável. Quartos confortáveis e limpos. Achei tudo bom, mas sem manutenção. Elevador todo remendado, amassado, balançando, recepção meio abandonada além de outra coisa que também me chamou a atenção que é a piscina e a área ao redor. Está completamente abandonada, sem manutenção. Algo bem triste. O hotel deveria tomar providências quanto a isso.

A estadia foi ótima, limpeza excelente do hotel e atendimento incrível dos funcionários. O único problema foi a falta de luz que ocorreu devido a um raio que caiu e deixou Nova Iguaçu toda sem luz, isso infelizmente não há como prever. Contudo, o hotel Mont Blanc Apart Hotel não possui gerador, com isso tivemos que ficar fora do hotel esperando a luz voltar pois estávamos no 15° andar, e não teria como adentrar no quarto devido abertura magnética do cartão. Após isso chegamos ao quarto e ao finalizar o banho a luz acabou de novo e ficamos até às 02:15 da manhã esperando voltar e quase derretendo.
