「Good breakfast, very clean room and public areas」

「Breakfast was fresh.」

「The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!」

「Amazing stay in nature. Love the fire supplies provided and the coffee was tasty. The s'more's kit was an added treat. Everything was lovely especially the setting in the middle of nature. Great fire pit and when you lay in bed you just see the trees in the woods. It just was amazing. It might be nicer if there was a blackout area where you can see the stars, and if there was an extra blanket, but otherwise absolutely no complaints. Great communication with the host. Absolutely amazing...

「Central AC was not working and it was quite hot to sit in the living room and the kitchen. We had some guests and we is uncomfortable to sit in the living room. We requested the manager and she would get it fixed but never happened. Also main door was not being locked from outside and we were concerned for the safety of our stuffs!」

「Nice room. Clean. Plenty of storage and surfaces for luggage. Front desk was very helpful finding a local restaurant for dinner. Convenient to expressway.」

「Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner takes alot of pride in her property. I wish I would have found it much earlier in my excursions to Charlottesville. I hope to return back sometime soon.」

「I would’ve given this hotel five stars, had I been charged their normal rack rates. It’s brand new, beautiful, and has an extremely friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately, at nearly $1000 per night on graduation weekend, it raises the expectations and the hotel does not meet that price category of property. It’s a clearly cashing in on a captive audience but seems to be a common theme in the area. That said, as long as you avoid the gauging times, this is an excellent hotel near UVA.」
