"Outstanding, clean staff was great. I abandoned the other hotel I was in to come to the H.. I don’t even know What I was thinking."

"Clean room, cold AC, hot water, and bed was fine. However, surrounding areas are quite bad. Public housing across the street make parking sketchy and two homeless men were out front going in and then going out. They weren’t aggressive but still made a couple feel uncomfortable."

"What a pathetic place it is. There was a fight in the lobby the second day and I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom flush leaked and flooded bathroom. The place is very dirty and area is not safe and notorious. Wish I did not go with the ratings and did my due diligence. "

"One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. "

"Rooms were very clean and sufficient. The view from my room was amazing, right on the beach. The area surrounding the hotel was a little unsettling. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff at the restaurant were very nice. There was some confusion with the front desk not being open in the morning to check out and available staff on property seemed limited and scarce. I wasn’t comfortable just leaving the room key in the mailbox and not receiving a receipt for our one night stay."
