"Tv doesn’t work properly and the blinds need to be fixed but great location"

"The shower in my room made a horrible screeching and thumping noise from both hot and cold taps which made having a shower very unpleasant. Then at midnight I had to listen to the room next door using their shower that was also screeching and thumping. The plumbing needs to be fixed."
