「I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.」

「The reviews were right. This place was great. Some areas on the carpet in the hallways and some spots on the wall were a little worn, but it was very clean. The beautiful staircase in the front lobby was so enchanting that my teenage son and I took the stairs every time. And we never do that! We are elevator people :) The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was alright, not great, but also not the worst I've ever had. I would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend...

「Wonderful 1 night stay after a very late arrival at the airport. Check-in quick, friendly staff at 2am! received free upgrade to suite which was lovely, very clean and huge. Beds and linens top notch and very comfortable, so appreciated. Breakfast included in some rates; it was the only thing that was not up to par with lodging. Deux belles surprises en arrivant : il y a deux bornes de recharge EV Connect juste à côté de l'entrée (2 premières heures gratuites, puis 3,50$ l'heure) et on nous a dit que le buffet déjeuner est inclus (buffet à l'américaine, avec 3 options chaudes, toasts, céréales, café et jus d'orange), deux choses qui n'étaient pas indiquées quand nous avons réservé notre chambre.
