"Upon arrival, we were told to open the large gates leading up to the driveway of the house. The gates were what I can only describe as something you would see at a 'haunted' house in really poor condition. Our first impressions were not great as the accommodation appeared very old and run down. As we approached the house, the ground were extremely unkempt: overgrown, unclean pool and the tennis court area had seen better days. As we opened the main door, we noticed the wallpaper in the hallway...

"Parking was awkward not very well signed posted, no staff answered the buzzer at the Parking gate. No parking code shared prior to the arrival. The pillows are flat not puffy like they should be, the door is not shutting properly 😑."

"The location is unbeatable, i had a late night car return and an early train to catch, the location of the hotel allowed me to waste no time getting settled in quickly. Their breakfast was ready by 5:30, so I was able to eat before get to the station, which was really nice"
