「What a lovely hotel. Only 11 rooms, a beautiful terrace looking out to the lake and lovely and helpful staff. They helped arrange car transfers from the airport to the hotel so everything was effortless. The room was clean and tidy, and for a sofa bed it was so comfortable. Loved the shower and it was lovely to be close to the lake and relax. I think the only thing I would say is some attention to details were missed. Our shower gel had run out but I would expect that to be checked when rooms...

「There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE...

「Our flight from Podgorica was cancelled late at night so we booked a room here at the last minute as it’s a 15 min drive away from the airport. The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover.
