North American feel in a nice European country.

This hotel is very nice. The room was an ok size. The staff was very helpful. There is a mall attched and it had everything you could want. You can walk around and it felt safe. The hotel is within walking distance of the bus station despite what the taxi will tell you. I would stay here again.

A lovely hotel with attentive and efficient staff who went above and beyond to help. However, the rooms were too warm (opening the window helped, but a security risk since next to walkway) and the controls didn't seem to function. Also, a lot of background noise of pipework and ducts humming all night.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before, and I have not been in it since Covid. The rooms look old, with stains on the walls and carpet. It has not been improved at all. Good location, good parking, and decent breakfast. But that is all of the good things. The temperature in the room was too high, and I could not control it. I told reception to look into it and they didn't.

The location was the best asset - proximity to bus station, airport, and walkable to Old Town, downtown, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful, calling for an early morning taxi and providing good meal recommendations Although I didnt have time to exercise, the gym is top notch for a hotel like this one. The bad: the interior is dated; clean but dark. The room lighting shpuld be improved, make it brighter and softer. The biggest issue is the room temperature. On the 4th floor, my room was too hot and with no access to exterior windows, the room could not cool enough. My sleep was affected. Also, the mattress felt old and relatively uncomfortable, too.

The room is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not blow cool air in late March despite the temperature was already well beyond 20 degrees Celsius. The design of the shower makes it easy for the other parts of the restroom to get wet, and this needs to be improved. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if more choices (both food and drinks) can be provided. The hotel is right above the Mall of Montenegro, so if you want to do some grocery shopping, it is quite convenient. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The parking is free, but you need to park the car yourself in the carpark right below the hotel (which is shared with the shopping mall).

The staff at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel. The parking is free, just need to park your car by yourself at the designated parking area in the carpark below the hotel, which is shared with the shopping centre. There were not many customers in the hotel, but still got allocated to a room with interior views, i.e looking into the interior areas of the hotel, instead of one with the view of the streets.

Overall Not a 4* hotel or service.

Lunch was delicious and staff very friendly. Our suite was spacious and very clean. I tried for room service but the phone wasn’t working, so i went to reception where they were adamant the phone worked. I ordered a wrap without mayo and also asked for a duvet. When it was delivered i asked for a cake and ice cream for my partner, we were told there was no ice cream, we asked for a duvet again and were told no and the staff member left in the middle of our conversation. So i went down again and asked for a duvet, the staff told me to use my phone to which i explained it didn’t work, i was told again it does. my wrap was drenched in mayo (I’m vegan). The duvet was delivered and the staff member finally admitted the phone didn’t work, but we were told there was no cake.
