「My room features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The bathroom is large and modern. There's also a second TV in the bedroom, both of which can sync with my iPad—perfect for cozy movie nights. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station and right next to the exhibition centre. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a fantastic place to stay.」

「The service is really poor. We hung the card outside the room for 2 days and especially talked to the house keeper guy that we need room cleaning on the 2nd day, but still not done. They claimed we didn’t hang the cleaning request card correctly but in fact we did. N even on the 3rd day after room cleaning, the used bedsheet was hung on top of the TV without taking away. 」

「Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht um nach einem anstrengenden Messetag noch ein wenig in der Sauna entspannen zu können. Diese war leider für die Zeit außer Betrieb. Trotz dessen, dass wir das Hotel also nicht vollumfänglich nutzen konnten, kam man uns leider nicht entgegen. Wir haben noch zwei Mal Frühstück vor Ort dazu gebucht. Hier hätte man zum Beispiel eins erstatten können o.ä. Der "Wellnessbereich" ist leider grundlegend auch nichts besonderes oder schön gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war leider...
