「Ok to start off, when we went into our room, it was not clean, sheets & pillows were all over the floor, the room had not been cleaned or cleared for them to give us that room. They gave us a new room, the new room was very damp & smelled like mildew. I started looking around & there was mold in the room. It was on the ceiling & on the lampshades. The bathroom sink underneath was spilling water, I assume that's why there was so much mold. There was only a bar of soap for the sink for toiletry...

「The person that checked me seemed impatient with any questions I had. After going to my room, there was no roll away as I had requested and told would be available for me. When I went back to the front desk to ask where it was, she told me my room wouldn't accommodate a roll away. She didn't seem to care that I had been promised one, and offered no solution. The bathroom shower & floor had hair left from previous people. The parking wasn't the most convenient, down a hill and a bit far.」

「Upon arrival we were given the last double queen room on the bottom floor by the exit door. When we opened the door there were small worms all over the tile floor. We refused to take our things off the cart. We went to the desk and upon inspection with them we found bugs and a live beetle in the beds. We were given a King suite room since there were no double queens left. We always use double queens when traveling for the hot and cold sleeper. Upon tedious inspection of the second King room...

「The pool looked like it had not Been cleaned in a while. Resort is right bedside a bridge that a lot of shady people were hanging out around. Room was clean, but half of the lights did not work and there were exposed wires.」
