The hotel itself is a little dated in decor / fixtures but clean and well-staffed (the staff switched the placement of the turndown service when they noticed I slept on the other side of the bed. The single room was a little tight, but it was everything I needed as a home base for a few days of solo travel in Florence. Location is just a little bit outside the heart of downtown by foot (in a good way), so expect to add on some extra steps going back and forth."
