「Everytime we go here there are new enhancements to the hotel. The new rooms have been tastefully updated with comfy beds. We got the room with our own spa and we felt like we went on an upscale retreat! Ridgeway is also such a wonderful town, surrounded by mountains with its own vibe and amazing food spots. 」

「The hotel was very conviniently located next to the airport. The staff was very friendly & helpful!」

「The room had not been turned down. There was food and strands of hair in the bed, when we pulled back the sheets. There was a clump of hair on the floor next to the lamp. It was disgusting. We could not stay there. We do not need fancy, but cleanliness is a must. 」

「This was our second time staying at Abram. If I could give them 15 stars-- I would-- the two rooms we have stayed in were immaculately clean-- and the furnishings are top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray. 」

「I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the...
