「Comfortable beds」

「Barn door bathroom door came off the hinge as soon as we opened almost crushed us. Got charged a fee for my seizure dog. Night crew wouldnt answer any of our questions. Perhaps one of the worst stays ive had. Seeking a refund」

「The location and grounds were spectacular. The 700+ acres were like having your private "Garden of the Gods" for hiking and viewing.」

「Clean room. Comfy beds. Hot tub and sauna were great! The bathroom was very small. The pool was being renovated. All staff were friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay at the Outrider!」

「The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. The next morning we decided to go off...

「Good location for food and hiking, updated furniture, microwave and comfy beds, downside was being given a smoking room when we asked for nonsmoking, also the amount of flies in the room and overall the walls/doors needing a good cleaning.」

「We had a most excellent stay at the Villa Motel. The staff was gracious and helpful. The room had everything you needed and nothing you didn’t for a wonderful stay at Manitou Springs, a big clean bed to sleep on after a long day of enjoying the natural beauty of the area.」

「Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.」

「The Radisson in Colorado Springs needs some serious attention. I would start with shampooing all the carpeting. The carpet in our room was disgusting. Our room also had a funky smell. The breakfast was sufficient, but they ran out of food an hour before it was supposed to finish. There is small items of trash everywhere on the outside of the building. Will not be returning.」
