「Comfortable beds」

「Barn door bathroom door came off the hinge as soon as we opened almost crushed us. Got charged a fee for my seizure dog. Night crew wouldnt answer any of our questions. Perhaps one of the worst stays ive had. Seeking a refund」

「Stayed here for one night, I was told it was on castle grounds and it included a “pastry chef” breakfast in the castle. As far as the room, the window was broken and stuck wide open all day and then we were told we could change rooms at 11 at night- the room we were switched to, also had a broken window. The staff wedged something in there to keep it shut for the night. It was definitely not ideal to pack up and move in the middle of the night. And then the pastry chef breakfast was nothing more...

「What a fantastic place! We took a chance on a newly opened option and it paid off. Amazing attention to detail and amenities. Julia was so friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The first hotel I've stayed at where the coffee is good enough to not have to go elsewhere and buy some. 😂」

「Was unable to make our reservation, called way ahead of time and was told ok but had to cancel with Expedia. I asked the girl if they would approve it when Expedia called to verify She said more than likely especially given our circumstances and it was before 3PM Management declined it. Paid 500 dollars for nothing even tho they could have sold that room! Shame on you wolf lodge - even a partial refund would have been nice」

「The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day.」

「Clean room, friendly staff, nice happy hour deals, and conveniently located. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel.」

「Everyone at Hotel Polaris was super nice, and welcoming. Anything we needed they made sure we got what it was. The rooms are super nice, and housekeeping was super thorough and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurants were fantastic, and there were many to choose from. The only thing I am disappointed about is that there are not multiple locations. I would stay here a million more times.」

「Our room was upstairs and it was easy to hear people when they were outside on the 1st level. The mountain view was beautiful!!! The hosts gave us wonderful goody-bags full of snacks upon arrival. They were very friendly and helpful when we needed anything.」
