"I thought I was suppose to have a room with a view, but that was a lie and I payed more for that. My room was very tiny. The closet and bathroom door was hard to close. No hot water in the shower or sink. It took 10 minutes to get hot water. No instructions of where to find the ice machine. The tv are ancient and should be upgraded to have the ability to cromcast to watch an app. The internet was terrible. Never worked properly. I had to use my data."

However we appreciated location, parking, Food & water vouchers and clean rooms."
"We were upgraded to room 327. It was our 1st wedding anniversary.
No tea or coffee facilities in room.
No hot water. Water was dark and murky and ice cold.
We reported it and was told to run the taps in shower and sink for a good 30 mins then we will get hot water. We got Luke warm water. Not good as we wasted so much water. I asked to change rooms twice this was rejected. I asked to talk to a manager, manager would not come to room. Would we stay again at Hotel Edison Times Square… no. "
"No room service, broken elevators, dirty carpets in hallway, freezing cold showers due to alleged pipe burst, tub was dirty, paper thin walls, concierge doesn’t respond to text or calls when reaching out, and someone was doing bdsm in the hallway. Never, ever again!!!"
"Furniture was dated. Room heated by a radiator without any thermostat control so it was hot. Heating in bathroom via a pipe that made loud noises regularly through the night. It was clean in a good location and checkin was fast and easy but not sure I’d book again. "
