「The guest rooms are clean and the staff are polite. It would be even better if there were more temporary rest areas for check-in guests in the lobby.」

「If you put a do not disturb sign on your door they will not come back to clean up your room even if you are out by 12 noon Then we had to throw our own garbage out If you need something from the village it is $15 a crack to park your car This called the Hilton Grand vacation !!!!」

「The location of the property was great as well as the pool area. The condo was very nice. We had lots of space and everything that we needed. The surroundings are picturesque and the community is beautiful. The only negative thing was the renters next door. They were loud, disrespectful and inconsiderate. This put a damper on our weekend.」

「The place was not bad, check-in was easy. Wi fi was non existent. Couch and reclining chair are old and a bit dirty.」

「Just out side the back patio door there was a lot of bird poop. There was a nest in the corner. But it didn't look occupied anymore. Bird poop looks like it's been there for a while. The noise from upstairs was very loud during bedtime. Overall the inside of the house was very clean.」

「This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.」

「The finishing of this apartment is above average. The owner maintains it at top condition. The cooking wok and pot are a bit worn out and should be replaced. Other than that everything good.」

「We have stayed in this condo complex many times before, but we must say how clean and comfortable our room was. Wr had all the necessities just like " Home away from Home".!! It was nice that the Owners reached out to me by text, to check to ensure our stay and check-out was perfect! We will definitely be booking these accommodations again.」

「Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem.」
