My floor had water coming up through the floor boards. I had to go to the front desk at 3:30 am to get towels. They assured me this has never happened but it was too much water. They tub also had a dirt ring around it. They apologized however they didn't offer a discount or anything.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was inviting and friendly. My family and I visited the hotel for my graduation ceremony and the price was reasonable for my accommodations. The only thing that I wished was better would of been having hotter water for the shower but 10/10 experience.
