Yet, we were still within about a 10 minute drive of the Kandy Lake area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly roomy. "Staff were excellent, as was the breakfast. Not the hotel’s fault but there are many stray dogs in the area which although friendly enough when you walk near them spend most of the night howling or barking or fighting which made sleeping very difficult. "

Quality of hotel quite basic but good given the budget price, didn’t have any food so can’t comment on this. Would go back again especially if wanting a more budget option in Kandy. "
