2/10 Terrible

"For the price of 16.99$ per person the buffet had little choice so did not eat there. When we got to our room it was very hot 25C and then we were told the air conditioning had been down for a few days. It won't be repaired during our 3 night stay. Then we were asked if we wanted a fan. Totally unacceptable. For 3 days we asked to speak to the manager and for 3 days we were told she was away or in meetings or no where to be found. I expect compensation without fail or I will definitely take this further. Expedia has to get involved."

"The room was clean but some previous stains on the bed were visible. the staff were quick, polite and explained everything in detail. The walls are a little bit thin and you can hear almost everything happening in your neighbours rooms and outside of your rooms. The parking lot was laid out well, no big potholes or places to damage your car. The complimentary breakfast had good options for food ( as someone with no food allergies) The only real improvement needed would be the bed sheets & blankets. I found the bedsheets came off easily and the blankets to be a little rough. For the price of the room it was a lovely stay and if needed I would stay again"

"We were excited to stay here as the location and price were good. Started off ok though we had to return for the check in as we were too early. The first night we froze as they had no heat and the blanket for the sofa bed was thin as a wafer. There was a terrible nose in the bedroom that lasted all day and night. Apparently it is a known problem though they do nothing to address it. I complained to the concierge who asked the manager if we could switch rooms. The manager said no even though they has an available room for a least one of the two nights. All the rooms ending in 15 are affected, so ensure you’re not in one prior to paying for the room! The noise from the hallways carry into the room and we were awakened by noisy drunk guest coming in late. "
