「The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra. 」

「Extremely comfortable bed! Room was clean... front desk lady was lovely! However, the tub was probably installed in the 80s... and the tub faucet only ran hot for about 2 minutes at a time. Overall, it was a good experience!」

「Charming little hotel, steps from dock where Thousand Islands cruise ship departs from and just a few blocks from best stretch of downtown. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was upscale, delicious and plentiful. Convenient and lively pub downstairs (no noise heard from room though). Only improvement offered would be some electrical outlets/USB ports more accessible for charging devices (one of those table lamps with built in ports would do the trick). Strongly recommend」

「Overall this is a very nice hotel, decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean... My one complaint is the height of the toilet. It's so low that the towel rack was hanging off probably from people using it to help them get back up. I was traveling with my senior mother and she had to go down the hall to use the family washroom because it had a rail. Definitely not an accessible hotel. The beds were comfortable though, just get higher toilets please. I'm only 5'4 and I had trouble getting back up. 」

「Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. 」
