"Booked on the day and all emails and text are not set up for this. Not receiving check in details. Phoned the office and she was rude just telling me it was my fault and I should read the email sent. Despite not receiving this ??? Finally after an hour I gained access. Very disappointing. Getting a refund was equally frustrating. Very poor service, needs to employ better cleaners "

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer."
