This hotel has cockroaches and we ordered a suite with a pullout sofa bed and there was mold on the sofa mattress. We saw at least 10 roaches crawling around. We left immediately and went to the Holiday Inn that night and Quality Inn refused to refund us even though we couldnt* stay.

No continental breakfast as advertized. the room was musty and some of the lights did not work, we found garbage in the room from previous tenants. Couldn't wait to check out. You get what you pay for, not very good quality for a quality inn.

The entire place smelled like mildew. The air conditioners in the two rooms I entered had dry rot around the base. The bed was hard and you could hear the road noise from my room. The shower leaked. The included breakfast was just waffles. I was jet lagged so I ended up staying one night out of my six night booking. I was told that I may not get a refund because I booked on Expedia. The staff was nice but nothing else was. I stayed in better hotels while I was in the Dominican Republic. If you have been you know how bad this place must be.

Just really sad. The furniture in the room couldn’t have been sold at Goodwill. Fridge’s freezer couldn’t freeze a water bottle (yes it was turned all the way down). Breakfast was worthless to a diabetic. VERY limited TV channels, none local. Dirty towels. Keys that had to be reprogrammed. No reason to go back.

The front lobby reeked of mothballs. The hallway smelt like mold. The room was outdated and smelt like an ashtray. Had the heebee jeebies. The pool is closed. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left for somewhere else. The guy at the desk was super nice.

The entire property was in dis repair, dirty sheets on the made beds, stains on the comforters, food mashed into the carpet of the room, grime and stains on the phone, smoke detector not attached to the ceiling, ceiling was peeling off above the shower, toilet was not secured to the floor and shifted to the right … hallway carpets torn and peeling away from the walls, and odors throughout the hotel that could not be identified….

I stayed in the Quality Inn multiple times earlier. This time, my experience was bad. The bed linens were dirty and ripped. The washroom toilet was leaking continuously. The air conditioner cover was open!! Window blinds had fungal spots. The floor was dirty. It was very unpleasant to stay one night with the family and young kids. The breakfast option was limited (only waffles, apples, yogurt, cereals, coffee, and orange juice). The breakfast experience was not as expected (buffet advertisement on the hotel website).
