Best Western Plus Governor's Inn
The toilet was so low to the ground that it was difficult to use. The TV volume was not adjustable. The breakfast was only good two out of four days. No carpet in the rooms. All of that said, the staff was excellent.

Omni Richmond Hotel
We were rather disappointed with our on-night stay, to be honest. We were expecting more from staying at an Omni Hotel. The room had a bad smell from the carpeting.
